Barcode Scanning

MoPho version 1.1

New in MoPho version 1.1 is the introduction of Barcode scanning. Barcodes are used as the Folder Name where your images are saved to when sent. For Summit users, you will probably want to scan a barcode containing the Estimate Number for the vehicle.

Categories

MoPho version 1.1

Another new feature in version 1.1 is Categories. Categories are used to organize your images into departments or groups. Selecting a Category before sending will put your images in a sub-folder with the same name as the category. For Summit users, you may want to name your Categories to match your department names in the production view. Category names are configured in the Settings app in iOS.

Camera Flash

MoPho version 1.1

In version 1.1 of MoPho you may have noticed a new icon on the main screen. This lighning bolt is used to quickly set your flash options when taking images.
MoPho has three flash modes available.
  • Off - No flash is used when taking photos. This is the default setting.
  • On - Flash will be used everytime a photo is taken.
  • Auto - Flash is only used when it is dark. Otherwise it will not be used.

Along with the features above, the new version of MoPho has made various improvements and changes behind the scenes.
  • Performance improvements
  • New error messages and minor changes to existing ones for clarity.
  • Added a 'Help' button when error messages occur
  • More robust when using uprotected login. Using 'Everyone' as the username is no longer required.
  • Incresed the network timeout. In version 1.1.1 you can change the timeout in the Settings app to whatever you want.
  • Fixed the rare startup crash issue.
  • General bugfixes and stability improvements.
